#3: We take all the information gathered from conversations and walking through the house and generate an offer and solution we hope will work well for you. We will take the time to explain how we came up with our offer and talk through options you have as a seller. We don’t use high-pressure tactics or try and twist your arm. We do however explain everything transparently and offer options that may not even be with Rentcube Restoration if we feel that is a better option for you.
#4: After coming to an agreement on how to proceed-the Rentcube Restoration team goes to work preparing documents, reaching out to attorneys, title companies, lenders to lay down a groundwork for success. If a quick closing is required, we jump right into gear and get the process going the day we come to an agreement.
#5: Setup Closing Date- It’s important we secure a closing date and time with all the parties involved so we can reserve the time as we draw up all the final paperwork.
#6: Closing Day! It’s finally here!! At the pre-determined time and location, we finalize all paperwork and most importantly- You Get PAID! Remember to bring the keys 🙂
